Privacy Policy

ZestySpace (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a portfolio website platform that lets businesses create and host public portfolio pages. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to account holders (“clients”) and to visitors of portfolio pages hosted on our platform.

Account information. When an account is created — by you or for you — we collect your business name, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).

Portfolio content. Content you choose to publish: photos, videos, business details, owner name and photo, contact details (phone, email, address, WhatsApp number, social media links), and any text you write. This content is public by design — it appears on your portfolio page and may be indexed by search engines.

Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card or bank details; we store only the subscription status, plan, and payment dates needed to operate your account.

Usage and technical data. We keep basic logs (such as login events and administrative actions) for security and support, and we count image views to show you simple analytics.

• To create, host, and display your portfolio website.
• To process subscriptions, renewals, and payment-related notifications.
• To send service emails — password resets, trial and expiry reminders, and important account notices. We do not sell your data or send third-party marketing.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and provide support.
• To improve search visibility of your portfolio (sitemaps, structured data, and social preview tags generated from the details you provide).

We use a small number of essential cookies: a session token that keeps you signed in to your dashboard and a preference for light/dark mode. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the platform:

• Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay’s privacy policy).
• UploadThing / UTFS — storage and delivery of the photos and videos you upload.
• Vercel — website hosting and custom-domain routing.
• Cloud database providers — secure storage of account and site data.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If your subscription expires, your data is retained for a reasonable period so you can renew and restore your site. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated content at any time by contacting us; deletion removes your portfolio, images, and personal details from our systems, except where we must retain records to meet legal obligations.

You can access and edit nearly all of your information directly from your dashboard. You may also contact us to request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account. Since portfolio pages are public, remember that search engines may cache content for a period after you remove it.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt). Dashboard access is protected by signed session tokens, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

ZestySpace is a business tool and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice in your dashboard. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
